An Explanation of Dao Yin

A lot of confusion arises about the terms "Daoyin" and "Qigong". In reality, they are the same thing: The tem Daoyin was replaced by the term Qigong rather recently. A lot of people, myself included, use the term "Qigong" to refer to the more physical parts of this energy work, and "Daoyin" to refer to the parts that focus on seated meditation and self-massage.
